    Actually, when cooking meat, you don't need to add a ton of spices. Salt is the best thing to bring out the true flavor of the meat and that's it.     My husband uses a chest strap for his nordic track elliptical and we just changed the battery today in it since it was glitching. I think his last battery only lasted a month? I think the connections are getting too corroded from the sweat, check your connections too when you change the battery...

    I have some plants from a planter I received from friends after my first cancer surgery. I'm not sure what all of them are, but most are still thriving and I have them in separate pots. I'll have to look them up some day. I know one is called a prayer plant and maybe another is a type of palm?

    I'm not guilty for what other people have decided, even though I live in the area. I remember people saying that when something went wrong and Trump was President, that it's the Republican's fault because Trump was President. That made absolutely no sense to me.

    I've tried Seitan and it was pretty filling for me and really tasty too! It's a wheat product where the starch is removed, leaving behind the protein.

    Some of the bigger cities here in the US have really high end vegan restaurants. My daughter's ex is vegan and was listing off a bunch of places. Most are expensive anyway because vegan "meat" is more expensive than real meat :D
