    God's Law says to be perfect. I can't do that so I'm afraid. I don't have faith in that. God's Gospel says I am forgiven because Jesus died on the cross for my sins. There lies my comfort. That's what my faith grasps onto.

    Weren't they fearful of God's Law though in that case...that if they touched the ark they would die? Today we still fear God because of His Law that accuses us of our sins but my faith is not in His Law but in the Gospel.
