    He doesnt leave but we can walk away and Hebrews 6 makes that clear along with a myrid of verses that point to our continuing in His word and walking the path of righteousness. We can reject Him and we can also have God leave our temple by polluting it.

    Throught His son God provided salvation for all and His wish is that all be saved, that is universal, but we know that not all are saved and not all choose salvation so in that sense it is not universal as evidenced by the existance of hell
