    2019 Health Talk Thread

    The ones I take are 2 pills for a dosage and that's 250mg total. I take Magnesium Citrate and they aren't very cheap but they've really helped me. After my last surgery I noticed my knees would swell but these fix that up fast.

    I agree! I was shocked at the register back in October when my grocery bill went up by $40 and I had never paid that much before. Even with my daughter and her guinea pigs moving in I could control the spending. But I can't control when the stores raise everything ...even a quarter on every item...

    Oh no. Are you allowed to take magnesium? I know it works for me in reducing inflammation and I take 2 pills daily. There are 3 different kinds of magnesium and you would need to research which one is best for your body. I hope it's nothing serious for you!

    Thank you! I think it's because they don't want anyone vomiting and then chocking on it. But my scan this time wasn't even 15 seconds long so I don't get that one at all!

    It was a routine scan to check out my neck to see the lymph nodes. I don't have any swelling or pain so I'm not concerned by it. My doctor wants scans done every 3 months.
