    I had my doctor's appointment today with the routine scope and all went well. My weight is the same and my blood pressure is 110/59. Heartbeat is real strong the nurse and resident said! :D I'll wait a while to do a workout. The long drive into the city and back wears me out.

    Separating yourself from those you love could be a sign of depression so please be careful and don't be afraid to seek help from a therapist if you need it. If the people around you are toxic then it's okay to set up boundaries to protect yourself.
