Try looking for a traditional church service that has a liturgy. You'll be "fed" by God's Word because a liturgical service comes from scripture. The LCMS has a mix of different types of churches, so you'd have to purposely look for a traditional one.

We received our palms and when I got home, I folded it into a cross so it can join last year's palm cross that's near our front door.

I guess if you keep ricotta fresh in your fridge all the time that it could work. But in all seriousness, who has ricotta on hand and only uses a dollop here and there? I have made lasagna before and never could figure out what to do with my leftover ricotta. Maybe this is the solution?
I'm really not a huge fan of croissants...as in I don't think to buy them, but if I'm at a pot luck and the option for sandwiches is to grab a croissant versus a slice of bread, then I'll opt for the fancy croissant.
As Christians, we're in a world that has become filled with societal peer pressure. Society wants us to say the things they want, sparing people's feelings but at times that means we bear false witness to what we believe as Christians. How do we go about this?
I love corned beef, but only make it once a year and this year it didn't go on sale in time for me to buy it. So we had sausage with cabbage and potatoes instead. Pretty good, but not the same.
