    Yes, she had been ill and we weren't sure until after she passed just how long she had the blood clot in her liver until I started reading back through some of her old text messages. All the symptoms were right there but we attributed them to other things. I know that will be the same with me...

    Thank you, all. The funeral and burial is complete. Mourning lasts a long time but there is resurrection of sorts for every death.

    I haven't been on the site for a while because we had a family emergency and I drove out by myself 12 hours to visit my mom while she was in the hospital. The situation was so bad that she passed away soon after I arrived. Her cancer had been eliminated but she developed a blood clot that...
