    You're saying God SHOULD have done something because you don't understand why He allows horrors to happen. God doesn't have to explain Himself. The ultimate goal is eternal salvation where there will be no more horrors to live through. That trumps anything that happens on this earth.

    My dad's parents were very involved in our lives until they passed, and my mom's parents were distant. It was hard not having her parents care for us.

    The first time I saw it was outside a small country church about 45 minutes from where I live. It's always stuck in my mind because I would love to have something like that! I'd love for it to be connected to the inside of the church, so it's easy access for someone like the pastor or secretary.

    Have a lot of craft shows gotten smaller where you are? I have been to a few where I live, but not in a couple of years. They're really really tiny in numbers of true craft vendors. I'm used to larger amounts back in the Midwest.

    I would have been embarrassed to report it to the police since it's not always anonymous, especially since it was a small town and a lot of people knew each other.
