    My washer broke a couple weeks ago so I had to do my laundry by hand and I'm telling you it was hard to do! My arms just aren't strong enough. Baking bread was still done in many homes a hundred years ago. Outhouses were still popular in rural areas (they still are around my Amish neighbors LOL).

    You can increase muscle slightly by doing some of the workouts I have in my thread but consistency is the key and increasing weight when needed. I forget to use my weights so I'm behind on building up my arms like my plan was. My legs have gotten a lot stronger by walking and doing the workouts...

    I spent most of the day sealing the grout in the kitchen with Grout Renew that's a paint and sealer. I've used it before and it's great because it makes the floor look brand new! I only got half the kitchen done because it's so tedious so tomorrow I'll be busy again trying to finish it up.

    Yesterday I did a 2 mile walk outside and then finished walking inside to have 11,000 steps. Today I did 2 miles again and will reach my goal of 10,000 steps at least.

    We had severe storms the night before last that brought in cooler weather and yesterday was in the 70s and it felt great! Last night we even opened the windows and it's 62 right now.

    My husband is like that!! He likes blank walls for some reason. When we moved to this house there were some nails left behind that I used for some of our things so it wasn't like I was putting new holes in the wall as he says. Do you hang photos only or do you have artwork too?

    Jason, was this when you switched from Tapatalk to mobile full view? I don't really use Tapatalk, I just use the browser view all the time when I want to quickly glance at the site and the logo has always been there.
