A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood

Edward Norton would have been a better actor for this role I think. Tom Hanks doesn't look or sound like him at all, Norton has the same frame and voice and could have pulled it off great..

Hearsay Evidence Can Be Much Better???

Just another public smear, this public character assassination won't change the minds of those on either side, Judge Judy would have dismissed this case in 10 seconds

Is it okay to read suspense or thriller novels

I like playing detective and enjoy such shows as criminal minds and first 48 hours, as for books I don't busy myself with fiction.. I like history, religious documents and mythos/beliefs and Christian apologetics, but I never got into mystery novels or thrillers. Reading secular books isn't a...

    Why was Jesus baptized?

It was custom for a Jew to be baptised before becoming a Rabbi, Jesus had to be baptised in order to become a priest, seeing he had no sin it gives me the impression he did it for priest hood before beginning his ministry.. There was no law that ordered everybody to be baptised

Why are some Christians so consumed with their denomination?

I agree, I find it hard to feel secure in any "denomination" because they all gang up against early Christians and make them out into primitive and inferior candidates of Christianity. In studying I have found that the early Christians held the same ideas as the majority of denominations today...

Why are Christians afraid of Judgment Day?

I fear sometimes especially lately because I'm upset and the devil always attacks you when you are weak, I know it will pass and I've been praying against it but right now I'm just hurting and it makes me doubt sometimes. I trust in Jesus Christ so it's not so much fear of the end but feeling...

Why are Christians afraid of Judgment Day?

Well of course I fear Judgment, I'm no Saint and God knows I can do better.. I remain in perpetual sin and constant repentance and fervor to learn and mature always in my walk but I'm not surprised these days when the signs are everywhere that the end is nigh.. It confirms what Christ said...

    What's up with that?

Even before that with man's exile from the garden up to Moses! Israelites hadn't even come on the scene yet and no Holy laws were written. Cain was marked by God to wander in a lawless world protecting him from any legal sentencing for any crime he committed, God was Judge of good and evil in...

Communion of the Body of Christ

Non-literal presence is kind of an a oxymoron, it's either literal or it's not.. Yes God is everywhere and Jesus had to descend into hades to conquer all places above and below, but there is meant a very real and literal presence in communion no matter what it's named or how it's presented...

    What's up with that?

Saw this question in a video comment The creator of the video responded with "a day for us is like a thousand years to God" and that it's simply our "misunderstanding".. the fellow responded and expressed his furthered confusion and frustration with biblical "riddles" and the creator of the...
