Got excused from Jury Duty after vaccine questionnaire

I believe so, seems they found a loophole to discriminate because they don't tell you exactly WHY you are excused being everyone is around you and they can't announce your status publicly. I did put down that I had congestion... maybe I might have omicron?! Oh nose! [emoji854]

Why does the book of Revelation say that you can anoint your eyes with medicine to cure blindness?

Now that I'm off work I can answer your question a little clearer. In the OT God rewards those who practice alms-giving. In the NT God rewards those who practice alms-giving. .

Got excused from Jury Duty after vaccine questionnaire

Not sure if it's from the vaccine question or from the other questions on being around anyone who has coughed, sneezed, had runny nose, headache, fatigue, congestion, sore throat etc or if I had any of those symptoms in the past 48 hours. Over the weekend our temperature in Texas dropped from 83...

Why does the book of Revelation say that you can anoint your eyes with medicine to cure blindness?

Giving to the needy is almsgiving and is associated with Charity, God rewards those who give... Jesus even taught that giving to the poor is giving to Him... but somehow today it's heresy and works salvation. How hard it is for a rich man to get into Heaven?

Why does the book of Revelation say that you can anoint your eyes with medicine to cure blindness?

The RCC took OT temple rites and placed them above Jesus' crucifixion and salvation through him. Tobit and almsgiving is in no sense different from the other OT quotes I posted. About Nathan's quote, the gift giving was from God to his elect, the gift of Charity comes from God.

Why does the book of Revelation say that you can anoint your eyes with medicine to cure blindness?

The selfless act of dispensing mercy and pity toward the less fortunate is an act of Love and honor toward the LORD Himself and is by virtue the full understanding of the two most important commands by Christ Jesus Lord and Savior. If giving to the needy is heresy than YOU sir have rejected...

Why does the book of Revelation say that you can anoint your eyes with medicine to cure blindness?

Post 163. Tobit is no different than the others.. even if you believe it's a garbage book, at least be honest about the books understanding of what almsgiving meant in the OT

Why does the book of Revelation say that you can anoint your eyes with medicine to cure blindness?

"Charity will cover the multitude of sins" Well gee without sin we are good to go right? and this is coming from a guy who knew Christ. Tobit on the other hand said basically same thing centuries BEFORE Christ when sin atonement was under the Law. I mean, weren't the faithful in the OT...

Why does the book of Revelation say that you can anoint your eyes with medicine to cure blindness?

Almsgiving is impossible without Faith, you know that as well as I do, seeing that any and all preaching of almsgiving/Charity spoken of in the Bible is 100% directed ONLY to those with ears to hear and eyes to see and NOT intended for the dead def and blind who can neither see nor hear and are...

Why does the book of Revelation say that you can anoint your eyes with medicine to cure blindness?

So James... ? Tobit was before the time of Christ and yes the apostles DID teach Charity toward strangers.

Why does the book of Revelation say that you can anoint your eyes with medicine to cure blindness?

"But it should also be known that there are other books which are called not "canonical" but "ecclesiastical" by the ancients: that is, the Wisdom attributed to Solomon, and another Wisdom attributed to the son of Sirach, which the Latins called by the title Ecclesiasticus, designating not the...

    Jews In The Holocaust

Jews today are equivalent to those of whom in ancient times complained before their Lord how heavy a burden His will has weighed on them that they took up their tents and pitched them to idols so to follow in opposition to the ways of the Lord. The remnant of the house of Jacob were gathered...

Why does the book of Revelation say that you can anoint your eyes with medicine to cure blindness?

@atpollard Rufinus to Jerome. 34. But let us grant that the Apostle Peter was unable to do what our friend has lately done. Was Paul illiterate? We ask; He who was a Hebrew of the Hebrews, touching the law a Pharisee, brought up at the feet of Gamaliel? Could not he, when he was at Rome, have...
