    problems with sleep

    I have been having problems lately both going to sleep and staying asleep. I am not sure that I even got two hours of sleep in a row last night. I had a bad dream to which actually was so bad I was shaking when I woke up. That isn't like me since I rarely have bad dreams.

    I guess it depends on how stinky the person is, but I would say belligerent because I would just ignore them. Read a book on a kindle or paper copy of a book?

    Does anyone here attend a mega church?

    What is your definition of a mega church? The biggest church in our area has about 500-600 in attendance for worship in one of their worship services and they have two different services. While that pastor is a great speaker, I felt lost attending that church it was so big.

    Nixon didn't get in trouble so much for the break in to Watergate as he did the covering up activity afterward. I think in this case the situations are similiar. Trying to exert your influence to stop an investigation is meddling and unethical.

    Seasonal Allergies

    yes, we have central air. It is a relatively new house so I doubt that is the issue. I haven't gotten sick this year so that is a good sign. Usually I get sick once in the fall and once in the spring

    If I could go back in time I would...

    Too numerous really to count them all about what I would do differently. I would speak up for myself more. I would go back and punch a few people in the nose. (no bitterness here LOL) I would tell the people I love more often that I love them

    I am currently reading Dr.Gary Smalley's book "Change Your Heart Change Your life". I really have enjoyed it. Mainly he is talking about replacing negative thoughts and beliefs with the promises of the Word of God.
