    Ice cream at the store sells fast so others are like you guys with those cravings!! I have wanted to go to a creamery that has a walk up window and get ice cream but it's so expensive that I want to wait until our daughter is with us to enjoy it too.

    Good job on getting out more. I think during the winter you weren't feeling well for long so I'm glad you're more active again! I'm outside more now too so maybe that's why I'm extra hungry for carbs? I just know that I feel better with LESS carbs so it's hard to get out of these cravings.

    Do you have any big cravings while on lock down? I've been craving carbs like crazy. I think it has to do with my allergy medicine though so I'm not taking it today. So far so good. I had bacon for breakfast.

    Work on getting disciplined to do it every day! Well, you might need a day of rest if you work out hard. Do you do a combo of aerobic and weight training then?
