    problems with sleep

    I have been having problems lately both going to sleep and staying asleep. I am not sure that I even got two hours of sleep in a row last night. I had a bad dream to which actually was so bad I was shaking when I woke up. That isn't like me since I rarely have bad dreams.

    Does anyone here attend a mega church?

    What is your definition of a mega church? The biggest church in our area has about 500-600 in attendance for worship in one of their worship services and they have two different services. While that pastor is a great speaker, I felt lost attending that church it was so big.

    Seasonal Allergies

    yes, we have central air. It is a relatively new house so I doubt that is the issue. I haven't gotten sick this year so that is a good sign. Usually I get sick once in the fall and once in the spring
