    Jesus wants us to worship Him. We are given faith so that we can believe and we are fed in the worship service by His Word and in Holy Communion. I don't think Jesus would be upset by that except for those preaching against the forgiveness of sins that He died for on the cross.

    Now you've finally posted the truth about why you hate "church". As tango points out, not all churches are about that so it's no reason to try to convince others that all churches are BAD and no one should go to them. I go to a small church with an older crowd. I never hear a sermon on money...

    Absolutely! You see, because of nature people can know that there is a god. But just knowing that a god exists isn't the same as having faith IN GOD.
