    I can relate to that. That's when I try to reduce I include a bit of sweets at times and have it as an acceptable food. I do tend to think I've failed, though, if I constantly go off of it.

    I hope everyone with diabetes is doing better. I have been told I'm prediabetic. The nurse was concerned about me this month when she checked my sugar and it was over 400. I had just eaten though. I didn't know that being 400 was very high. I'll be going to a new doctor soon.

    I still have to see a doctor about my liver. I guess I haven't gone because there isn't anything they can do about it and biopsies can be dangerous and inconclusive. I will go eventually probably. I am waiting till the new medical center opens in my city. Should be near the Summer.
