Each view has challenges.
For Dispensationalism ... Just how many times is Jesus returning in the sky to gather the Church and give them all new bodies?
1. the Pre-Trib Rapture.
2. Post Trib return with Martyrs.
3. After the 1000 year reign and Armageddon ... in the new heaven and earth.
1. Quote the verse that says God is a Trinity.
2. It is dishonest to compare my exegesis (which DID reference what the text actually said, the historical context from the Gospels and clarifications from the Apostolic writings) with "how any Catholic or Lutheran personally feels".
3. Any point...
We Particular Baptists baptize them sinners just as soon as they can repent. There ain't nuttin' we luv more than a good old-fashioned dunkin'! :party2:
... NOOOOO! Not another wall of text with NINE points for me to respond to. :banghead:
Now I feel POWERFUL ... able to FORCE God ... I am awesome!
Just explain to this poor fool how being forgiven without repenting makes sense, because I just don't get it at all. Peter says to "Repent...
Off topic, I know, but there is no way God could send anyone that cute straight to hell. There must be a Purgatory where they can grow up into snotty know-it-all teens first! ;)
The traditional "Dispensation" response is that the Church is removed, the veil/hardening is removed from Israel (biological Jews). The suddenly Messianic Jews and the Two Witnesses that cannot be killed lead many to Jesus during the Tribulation. These people are the martyrs (mostly the...

Acts 2:38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Peter's command applies to "every one of you", which is later clarified to mean the people hearing Peter...
Not my rubric. I never claimed this. YOU keep claiming this about me.
Since you REJECT "my (alleged) Rubric", why do Lutherans do NOTHING WHATSOEVER the way it was done in the Bible and do EVERYTHING different from how it was done in the Bible?
Acts 2:38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Peter's command applies to "every one of you", which is later clarified to mean the people hearing Peter, the...
"Abraham believed God and it was credited to him as righteousness" [Rom 4:3, Gal 3:6, Jas 2:23] and "For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed--a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith." [Rom 1:17]

It is already what you are asking.
There are no infant baptisms mentioned in Scripture and you want us to document every baptism ever performed by all 13 Apostles.
At least searching Mars does not require Time Travel.
Mark 10:38-39
"But Jesus said to them, "You do not know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I drink, or to be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized?" They said to Him, "We are able." And Jesus said to them, "The cup that I drink you shall drink; and you shall be...
Statement from others on Anabaptist Dogma for me to respond to:
While it is a bit overstated, I do believe that the correct way to administer Baptism is via immersion.
βαπτίζω baptízō, bap-tid'-zo; from a derivative of G911; to immerse, submerge; to make whelmed (i.e. fully wet)
This word...
You should follow the teaching of Peter in Acts 2:38 and Repent AND be baptized, not just be baptized with no repentance.
Or you can follow the example of all of the saints in the book of Acts who BELIEVED AND WERE BAPTIZED rather than just getting Baptized without worrying about belief.
But...
He doesn’t need to, remember. WE have to prove that every person baptized by every Apostle FIRST believed, was over the age of accountability and was fully immersed and then MAYBE Josiah will consider the possibility of our position. However, as long as the possibility remains that one Apostle...
