    We had to move our dinner up to lunch since my niece and nephew needed to be at their dad's earlier than I expected. It was great though and the potatoes I made turned out amazing. My nephew seemed really happy with them. He might come out to visit me this summer, so that's exciting.

    My nephew wants the cheesy scalloped potatoes that my mom used to make, and I try to make it whenever we get together. It's so much work, but he loves it. :) We'll be having ham, rolls, salad and my niece is bringing an apple pie from the restaurant where she works.
