    We were in the path of the huge snowstorm yesterday and last night. I'm glad we went out to shovel and snow blow yesterday because there was a lot of rain and ice mixed in as well and now it's all heavy stuff out there. We have a couple more inches to clear out of the driveway.

    Christmas Gifts for Pets

    It's probably for the same reason that guinea pigs like to be hidden inside things like tunnels or small huts. It helps them feel secure in that they are hidden from predators and feel protected. I gave my daughter's guinea pig hay twists for Christmas. We had her open a package yesterday...

    It's raining and my daughter is supposed to be driving here this morning so we can put up the Christmas tree and bake. She was supposed to be here last night but had hurt her shoulder...so I hope she's okay to drive.

    No, the pain is really mild most days but I don't want the condition to get any worse so it's better to get surgery as soon as I can. Still hoping they give me a date this week :D
