Just put on some cream for the inflammation and anal bleeding. Not feeling anything about it or triggered by sighting blood on myself thence that’s progress. Plus, it’ll be gone in a day or so. Nothing to worry at all. That’s called mindful self-care.

With my current communication course I’m having with my T, I can communicate but minimalistically only. Such as “No help necessary, thanks very much” to salespeople. I’m no longer rude to perfect strangers who greet me, I just say “please leave me alone” and they usually understand and go away...
