You were speaking of the 'view', not yourself.

    Saved from what?

    That of hyper-Calvinist predestination? Yep.
  4. ImaginaryDay2

    Saved from what?

Of course it is. Anything that begins with an end point in mind is, by definition, circular.

    Saved from what?

Hammster, the OP is circular - or designed to be that way. It only allows for two answers. Soooo 1) "wow, I guess they were never saved from the beginning, even though it looked like it..." or 2) "wow, I was wrong, they were saved all along, and I guess I'm not God to suggest otherwise"

    Saved from what?

= "I have no Calvinist response to that, sorry"

    Saved from what?

In your little twist earlier, you would have us believe that everyone he saves (past, present, future), he has "lost none". In the verse, He was speaking of His Disciples. So, no. It's not what he said. Next...

    Saved from what?

Ummmmm... Not quite what he said - (speaking of the disciples with him in the garden): "Jesus answered, I have told you that I am he: if therefore ye seek me, let these go their way: That the saying might be fulfilled, which he spake, Of them which thou gavest me have I lost none." (Jn. 18: 8-9...

    Saved from what?

Now that wasn't so hard was it? If a man is saved from Hell, then (through unrepentant sin) is thrown back in, he still burns.

A theory why husbands don't do laundry

You could try that, but you might end up looking just like that androgynous little blue guy by the end of the conversation... :D

A theory why husbands don't do laundry

Just be forewarned. He'll do it until you get a main floor laundry, then those days are over.

    Windows 10?

From my best guess (from how often Win 10 crashes), it'll take that long to work out the bugs. I get the dreaded "blue screen" about twice a week.

Knowledge and testimony does nothing. Proof does everything. Concrete proof. What proof of healing (in ANY case you are aware of) do you have? Separate of that, we should be skeptical, and so should you.

Miracles are supported by medical proof. I suppose that she provided doctor records, tests, etc? She still goes to see her Oncologist? There is only ONE "miracle" of this sort that I am personally aware of. He still goes to see his doctor for follow-up.

Rich in what? and, btw, the "cherries" that tango and Hammster have offered taste fine to me. Healing from what? Lemme ask you - do you ever get the common cold? If so, why?

Okay. If it produces endurance, character, and hope, rejoice away. You can keep the jet.

How Many CH Forum Members Does It Take To Change A Light Bulb?

One to stand on the street corner, frantically waving a box of lightbulbs at the heathen atheists, demanding that they immediately switch to LED.

How Many CH Forum Members Does It Take To Change A Light Bulb?

Ten to debate the definition of "infallible ladder" before we can change the lightbulb.
