Yah right, how is this not so-called 'flaming' and a personal attack, but my posts get deleted and this one doesn't?! Glaring.
Sorry, Turtle, you don't know what you're talking about when it comes to Lazarus, or what my point was either! :eyecrazy:
Just when was Lazarus saved? When was he born again? When did he first become a believer? Did he get water-baptised before he died? After? Did he ever take communion? Did he think it was symbolic? Did he think he was literally eating Jesus?
[Staff Edit]
Just wading my way through all the religionistic gobblety-goop of another 'it's-my-way-or-the-excommunication-highway' thread.
Btw, which religious expert is now going to insist on telling us they know when Lazarus got saved/or was born-again/or became a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ/or...
My thoughts are this OP question was not posed or intended by me, Snerfle, to be a thread starter, and if ImaginaryDay2 wanted to start a thread asking this question, he could have done so himself without chopping and lifting part of one of my posts from another thread,
where the question was...
Oh man, the religionism sometimes gets so deep, I really need to get higher boots.
Water-baptism ... works forgiveness of sins?????
Water-baptism ... delivers from death and the devil ?????
Water-baptism ... gives eternal salvation to all who believe this ?????
And Water-baptism ... is a...
Ahhhhhhh SHADDUP!!!
LOL :=D: Just kidding, Cassia!
I figure this thread might need a bit of levity right near the start, because it could get heavy.
But it's a good one already. Wish I could contribute more right now, but duty calls and a busy weekend is coming. Where does the time go...
So how is God at work through 'the waters'?
A person believes in the Lord Jesus Christ as their Saviour,
And they are saved, are they not?
Are they saved then?
How Long? (No jokes, Rens :=D: )
A week, a month, a year?
If they're saved, they're saved, right?
Sure, it's great to do a public...
My gosh, Brighten04 , I'm so sorry, that's horrible. I was only making a bit of fun about 'celebrities' and often the 'sports type' ones being known for 'tokin' a bit of weed now and then' , I surely meant nothing by it. Really, I'm sorry. Please forgive me. :(
With a leg dangling like a piece of dead meat, she's not gonna be making much of a ruckus. She's very quiet and very sweet, it's heartbreaking knowing she's in pain and can't run, they love to run and chase and leap.
I have toys for her, if I sit with her, we can play a little, but she actually...

Hi. Thank you so much for your prayers/concerns/likes
regarding my kittycat, it means alot! God bless you. :friends:
Lol, out of curiosity I asked Mom who she'd pick.
She gave the stock 'every-woman's' answer ... Tom Selleck!
(I knew it, I knew it, i just knew it. You women are all alike!) :;;D:
But even there, Lamm seems to contradict their other position, and even what's presented by the 'lutheranism is the only way' guy on the OP video.
They say No One knows God, no one seeks Him, we all are dead in our sins, and He has to save us. Now I'm not saying agree/disagree on that point...
That's not really HOW Jesus told them to make more disciples.
He told them to go and teach all nations.
(That could be translated 'tell')
Then He said to baptize them in His name.
Then He said to teach them to observe all He commanded of them.
Not sure how much of that He meant to go tell...
Has anyone here actually said they were 'against' infant baptism?
I personally think (and I believe I stated earlier) that anytime anyone wants to lift up the name of Jesus, get baptized in His name, baptize another in His name, dedicate, re-dedicate, whatever, is probably a good thing, right...
A badly injured cat just adopted me the other night.
On the front step at midnight, she followed me down the street and back up, then I realized she was limping.
Upon bringing her in, I saw her leg is useless, has a bad spot on the back which Ive come to believe is the bone showing, it's all...
