    What kind of Workout do you do?

    I bought a trainer for my bicycle and have been riding it in the basement about 4 times a week. That's not as often as I'd like and if I were outside I'd definitely ride for a longer period of time than I do now. What do you do for a workout?

    90s here but I was stuck in an office all day. At least for now I had a window office. Not sure how long I'll be able to keep it though since people get moved around a lot.
