    I've noticed sitting long hours has really affected my IT band by making it tighten up. This in turns creates problems in my knee area by pulling on it and causing pain/awkward movement

    Luckily my parents or family has not looked down on me, but friends have! Feels bad and if they continued to look down on me after talking to them 1 on 1, then I had to cut them out of my life unfortunately
