just got back from morning run, am now relaxing in front of pc.

quite chilly this morning, clear skies, breezy. 45° later on, more sun and highs in 60's

my dinner starts at 4pm. i dont know how i started this trend. when i was younger, my dinner always began promptly at 5pm. i try to eat a little after 4pm, because if you eat too early, you run the risk of snacking late at night. that is devestating for me -i have ongoing weight gain issues.

is odd. just last week i saw that i had a little over a giga byte of saved restore points. and this week i see they are gone, reset back to (0) i have it to only accept max usage of 1% 4.65GB. unless it has something to do with recent system defragging i did few days ago? should i try do another...

alas i still cant access any games since i first reported i had trouble accessing arcade. i can see all the games and scores but thats all. changing themes doesnt help either.
