Had a tough couple of days. Hubby lost his job yesterday. He has another week in Indiana in a couple of weeks. Then a job in NY in July. Then one more week in Indiana. Then he is done. The end of July he will have to look for a new job. We are a little numb over this. I didn't show up here...

I want to see it. I love movies like that.

Ours was on "When God's Word and the world collide." We are to remember that our God is there, though the world turns it's back on him. Refers a lot to what's happening in our country today.

Sorry you guys lost your dogs. When our Springer, Max, died, I was so sad. I still think of him and that was 20 years ago.

The best thing about being Lutheran is that your faith does not depend on your feelings. It's what Christ did, not our emotions each day. Sorry, I can't think of con. My parents would look at Lutheranism as a con all the way around. They are staunch Baptists.

I have a Beagle named Zebulon Shadrack (Zeb). He is 8 1/2 years old. Barks too much, but we love him. :D He ignores our poor granddaughters, who would love to give him a giant hug. But he is a good dog and takes it. In the past, we have had 2 Springer Spaniels, and an Irish Wolfhound. What...
