If you really want to get the old noodle into shape, study mathematics and physics. Understanding how things work is immensely empowering...it helps keep you from being a dupe. ;)

Welcome back! I've been known to get a bit heated in online discussions myself...those are not my proudest moments, but overall I am improving. I still have momentary lapses but those are generally getting fewer and father in between.
