    Time spent studying your Bible?

How much time do you spend studying your Bible each day? Do you think you spend enough time studying your Bible?

So... What are YOU doing? - Part 8

I'm sitting in my living room with the tv on (not really watching it) and I'm on my laptop (obviously since I'm online).

All the books of the Bible......

Can you recite all the books of the Bible, both Old Testament and New Testament, from memory without looking at your Bible (or anything else for reference)? How long did it take you to remember all of them?

    Favorite Scripture

@Lamb My favorite is Psalms 91, the whole chapter. I actually have the whole chapter memorized and can recite it from memory.....all sixteen versus.

    Psalms 91

I actually have this whole chapter memorized. I can recite it from memory. I find comfort in it so I like to recite it when I need to.

    Psalms 91

Psalms 91 emphasizes God's divine protection...... 1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. 3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of...

    The end of the world

I meant in my original post that I'm not worried about what I can't control and I can't control when the world might end. I am more about what I can control and that is living my life to be the best Christian that I can be until that day comes.

    Weekly Church Bulletin?

My church has always done this. It also has a "prayer request" list. It's people who have requested for prayers on their behalf for whatever reason.

    Suicide is a sin

How can you ask for forgiveness once you've committed suicide and have already taken your life (just asking out of curiosity)?

    Confession of sins

Confession of sins was not something we do at my church. If you want to talk to your pastor about something in private, that's up to you. Some people will go to the pastor for advice because they trust that person.

If you saw a neighbor spying with binoculars

Is that not something that could be reported to police? (just asking out of curiosity) The only time I walk outside my house when I'm home is if I go get my mail. It would feel creepy to me to be watching by a neighbor. I'm not sure what I would do besides keep my curtains closed all the...

What room do you do your Bible Study?

The master bedroom. That's my bedroom and that's also where I keep my Bible. I normally sit on my bed when I'm reading my Bible.

    Attend church with friends?

Same thing here. I don't think I've ever been to someone else's church. Not that I can think of anyway.

What sins do people choose to ignore?

I think it's whatever sins they are committing at that particular moment. Most people tend to look the other way when it comes to what sin they are committing but they'll point fingers at someone else doing the same thing.
