oh hai. my internet is slow once again. i think its something to do with the time of day or night. its faster early morning and very late at night. as well as the location. the weather plays a part in it as well. so many factors.

Well, Bill the end of Fall is Winter and I don't look forward to that again. Maybe I should try and have some gratitude for the Winter but I can't think of anything. lol
Just got back from the doctor. My labs haven't changed much. My cholesterol is still too high, my glucose is too high but not diabetic yet. I still have the fatty liver. So I need to eat right and lose some more weight. I have really slacked off on my weight loss recently. I guess that happens to all of us sometimes. lol.

lol Ruth, I have as well but I still do walk. I hate winter and always have, never got used to the cold, I wish we could just skip winter

I wish I was a bird, then I would fly South for the Winter.
My doctor also prescribed a medicine for Essential Tremor that I have. My hands shake and my face shakes at times and it's gotten worse. It's hereditary. I hope this new med. will take it away.

That would be great as well, only made it as far as Colo going west but have been in every state a from New York to Florida along the coast, never been to New England though
