Free time

Your in a new city and suddenly find out that you have a day of extra time. What would you do with your time? Go to museum, a sport, shopping, sleep or something else?

I look for a pizza place LOL

Besides that I will wander around if the area is safe and walk through parks and look at the building architectures and hopefully see a fountain and some statues. Museums are nice but generally so expensive in cities. I opt for the free stuff. Sometimes there are street performers and they're very good entertainment!

Think I would look at going shopping if I had the money, but sight seeing is also a good idea, don't see the point of going somewhere and not looking about while your there...

For me it depends on the pool. Have you seen how nasty some of them are? I don't want to know what's floating in there eww.

I guess I have been pretty lucky. The main ones I have been to are near my parents house in Houston area (which is a neighborhood pool) or when we went to Disney at their resort.
Nothing wrong with those.

Disney is excellent at keeping up their stuff...hotels, pools,...except the last time I was there the bathrooms were atrocious!
