I read a warning about chia seeds...to only eat them in small quantities. Have you heard anything about them?

ftr the mugshot isn't an ode to MC. It's a picture taken abt 5 yrs ago when I was with my older brother who passed away 2 yrs ago, taken during a bluesfest where we went to see my cousin play, that my oldest daughter has photoshopped for me. Nothing more and nothing less.

Chia seeds soak up a massive amount of water - so it is best to soak them first rather than eat them raw.

Chia seeds have an exceptional amount of B3 and hemp have an exceptional amount of B6. I have abt a Tbs each in a smoothy for a good balance of omegas

Looking for a pizza peel that's large enough for the size that I'll be making. I don't go wimpy! LOL I found one but the handle is really long although the price is perfect. I might cut down the handle.

Yes! I'm making pizza today! I found one of those pizza slicers that is 14" long so I hope it works. A regular pizza wheel tends to drag through the pizza. And I couldn't find scissors that they use back home that would work and within my budget.

We had pizza last night from a local pizza shop in town. My son likes pepperoni and sausage and the wife likes mushroom and cheese so we split it. I'm easy to please, I will have both.

I used to love having green olives and mushrooms on a pizza from a place called Marcos. No one else liked it but I loved it!

I like the meat lovers pizza if I have a choice. Green olives wouldn't be a choice that I would make, but everyone has their own tastes

I like the green olives because it adds a saltiness to the mushrooms when combined on the pizza.

What meats do you prefer on the meat lovers? Some places add meatballs and I don't care for those...on my pizza!

Well I'm going to be making another homemade pizza this weekend! I have to get the dough started today though because it needs to sit in the fridge 24-48 hours. I can't wait.

I love making homemade pizza, though I confess Ive been using a frozen dough lately, I dont often have the patience to plan ahead. But I always tweak and have some tricks for the dough I use to get it just right.
My homemade doughs are hit or miss sometimes, not sure why, but the two-day wait would probly help alot. I used to try to keep a starter dough, but I have to start a new one, lol. Did you get your recipe off the net? And what do you for toppings?
