That would be catistrpic if it ever happened, the financial markets would be shut down, a lot of goods would not be t4ansported, electric would fail over the northeast, and thats not even counting the lives lost and the destruction

I can't help thinking that the level of disaster it would cause is little more than a good reason not to live in big cities.

The impact would be a lot more widespread than that, think of all the goods that flow through New York City, the financial and stock markets being shut down, the electric grid and nthe cascading problems throughout the Northeast, and then transporation that would also be a nightmare
