Living As Son/Daughter of God

What do you think is the power that works in those who go to cross daily to rid themselves of the 'old man'? How does one see that in daily living?

It, imho, is surrendering everything to God in prayer.

1John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Today is the best day to do it.
I'm clinging to the cross at this point. CLINGING! Jesus said the love of many would grow cold, warnings of evil seducers growing worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. It is getting so apparent and it really hurts. Ppl just dropping love in exchange for .....

I am clinging to the cross, and praying for the body of Christ today.

Just remember, it is Lord Jesus who saves us. It is His blood that cleanses us. In Him we can do all things. Without Him we can do nothing.

I posted this on another thread, but it fits here also.

While this is true, most born again children of God live as though they are citizens of this world. How many brothers/sisters actually bring a piece of Heaven to Earth? How many walk in the same power and authority that Lord Jesus gave? Each believer's home should be an embassy for the Kingdom of Heaven as should every church house.Lord Jesus said Ye are the light of the world. Ye are the salt of the Earth.The Kingdom of Heaven is within you. IMHO the Kingdom of Heaven goes wherever the believer goes. Like Lord Jesus, our love is suppose to bring healing to all who are oppressed of the devil. Why? Because as He is, so are we in the world.
