i have (2) problems with my pc..any help would be welcome

(1) I cant seem to add an additional person within user accounts. the dialog box would just keeps loading as seen in this image

pc user accounts snafu ...it says wait a moment and the wait is eternal..i think it was affected after I fixed a problem with a corrupt user acct problem few weeks ago.

(2) iam not able to "automatically" sign into bing right after I log onto pc -unlike in the past when I was able to do this..again, it could of been misaligned after I fixed that corrupt user acct problem.

You could try re-installing windows. It is a big step so don't take it hastily. Make sure you back up all of your data and have everything you need for installing your applications on the backup too. The backup ought to be on an external disk drive or something like it.

I looked up and saw that a ton of people have the same problem you're having. Microsoft replied to do these steps (but they didn't work for everyone) and the reply was to turn off the antivirus software.

As per the issue description you are willing to create new user profile but could not do that. For creating new user profile you should be logged in as an Administrator. Here are the steps which might help you to create new user profile.

Press Windows key + R

Type control userpasswords2 and click OK

Click on add under users tab

Click the option, "Sign-in without a Microsoft account

Click on Local account

Choose a name for the account

Add password if you want to

Apply and click OK.
