I have the Samsung S7 edge its such a good phone, battery life is really good. but its very expensive to buy but so worth it..S4 is also a good phone I had one for 2 years until I got an upgrade to S7 edge. Ive had it now going on a year already man thats gone quick..

I think my Samsung is the S3. Worst batteries ever! I had one that needed to be charged twice a day and then it stopped charging. So I bought another battery. It was good for the first week and held a charge once a day but now I'm back to having to charge it in the middle of the day.

Yeah I have the S3 also with the same results. Might have to start using my wife's old iPhone 5 since she just got a new iPhone 7. I use my phone a lot for work during the day and its just causing problems with the charging issues.

Why not get one of the cheap Motorola phones from Amazon?

I think that the cheap Motorola phones I mentioned in a previous post do not require a contract and may be used with many carriers. For example Moto G Play (4th gen.) - Black - 16 GB - Unlocked. It's under 100 USD.

Thanks. I see it has ads on the lock screen and got a lot of bad reviews in November/December. Reading through them now.

I cannot speak to the situation in the USA regarding ads but in Australia no ads appear on the 'lock screen'.

I prefer Samsung phones these days. Apple is too expensive and Blackberry is blah these days.

I think that there are some inexpensive Samsung models but the s7 and s7 edge are expensive.

I have never owned an apple product of any kind to be honest, I think they are so over rated plus once you add music to it you cant move it to another phone if you wanted to, you have to buy everything on it.. When I got my new phone in feburary this year new Samsung S7 edge with a contract from virgin media it cost £895 .00 for the phone . and then I had a 2 year contract ... but I don't think I will upgrade anymore but will see if they bring anything else out.. lol..

I've never owned an apple laptop, and even though I did once have an iPhone it was a gift and I gave it to another when I received my HTC One Max. Apple products are too expensive and not as good as other products at similar price points.
