I am cooking lunch, some corned beef, beef stock and some vegetables with rice absorbing the stock. But that ice cream sounds nice ...

my daughter loves corned beef. not so much me nor my wife. libby brand seems to be the winner. i rather have a side of applewood thick cut bacon on the side.

I do not know. All I know is when I have had corned beef it was like get that gross stuff AWAY from me lol.

Corned beef comes from a cow's carcass, it is from the hind leg and back area, it is very tasty when slow cooked with Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar (or Golden Syrup) and water. It is simmered for about 1.5 hours.

hows it going CHers. really humid tonight. today's temp was 101 degrees..its only 85 now lolzz. just got through watching lawrance of arabia on dvd. splendid classic movie.
