Community Coordinator
The Community Coordinator is focused on infusing our membership and staff with a passion for the vision of Christianity Haven. The Community Coordinator manages our Outreach team and looks for ways to mentor and encourage the ministry group. They recommend ideas for bringing the atmosphere of Christianity Haven closer to loving God and loving people, by promoting the mission of Christian unity. The CC looks for ways to engage the forum on topics of interest and strives to personally demonstrate the CH mission in all interactions with members and staff.
Advisor
Assists you in the management of the site. Reviews open and archived reports to make sure things are running smoothly. Brings up any issues taking place in reports in the Admin forum for discussion. Monitors and records the statistics for all staff members and regularly posts the results in the Admin forum. Contacts staff members to give encouragement and recognition, identifies staff members in need of mentoring (to meet their weekly job commitment). Will provide recommendations for promotions or removals from staff to the Admin team for discussion and review.
Moderators
Moderators work all reports according to moderation protocol. Moderators may close threads and remove posts for staff review. Moderators maintain a presence in the forums, post mod hats to diffuse situations in threads, and bring issues to the attention of the Admin.

I was also wondering if we could do a recovery forum? I know I brought this up before but now since you have a mod and she has worked recovery on CF (the other site we all came from) I was wondering if we could do it here? Please.ray:
