Cleaning up the house. Yesterday I took a car load to the landfill, which turned out to be 280 pounds. It means I won't need a week to burn all the old laths I pulled down from an old ceiling and most of my plaster rubble is now gone. Come the spring we'll have another big clear out.

Prior to getting on the computer - I put some laundry on and put away a few dishes. I also pulverized a bunch of dehydrated banana peels and put them in a container that I marked. Tried them with some of the citrus peel powder and raw sugar in some tea - was pretty good - but I think I'll have one or the other from now on. I know the powdered banana peel is going to be a good addition to coffee in the mornings.
