I haven't gone to sleep yet. Had dinner with a friend and she said a lot of things that upset me and I haven't been able to sleep. She is a very troubled person but I don't know if I can take any more of that. She knows I have PTSD yet said things that made me very fearful and anxious. She really should seek therapy. I think she thinks no one understands her and I have tried to show her that I do yet she gets mean with me. Please pray for her. Her name is Tracy.

Their cage was covered but the door was open for them to pop out when they want to. They have been up for awhile now and making their cute noises.
