When an IE users reports an issue with my code, and I determine the issue is with IE's many inabilities, I simply tell them to upgrade to a modern standards compliant browser. We've joked at MHB that using IE should result in a user being immediately and permanently banned. :rofl3:

I'm not going to bloat my code with workarounds for a broken browser, and contribute to the perpetuation of its use, when the better solution is for the user to dump the broken browser and step up to a better browsing experience overall. I wish all coders would do the same, but I realize many coders have corporate clients who insist on IE being used in their workplace.

I bet it's broken too. :birgits_giggle:

Possibly, but it is a low resource user and works better for processor intensive tasks than Chrome. I am not sure how Firefox and other browsers compare.

Yeah, I have noticed tasks which run well in Firefox, will cause my cooling fan to "scream" when using Chrome for the same task. :D
