I had bacon, potatoes, onion, and a dollop of sour cream and it was delicious
dang.. that does sound good.. but i watch my weight these days haha .
still it is a well established fact that a protein breakfasts and whey .. are by far the best for appetite control for the rest of the day - they set the body clock well
