Yeah, the other things a pig will eat are not so clean and tidy. A pig will eat just about anything, including excrement and other dead pigs. They carry various toxins and parasites that can infest a human body even if thoroughly cooked.

Don't worry yourself about that, commercial pigs don't get other pigs in their diet. I reckon you're playing the "gross them out" game. Kind of silly.

Pigs are unclean and of course you can pray over it and eat whatever you like but a biblical diet is more healthy and chances are you will live longer

No game. It is true that swine, like shellfish, are subject to strict health regulations in western culture. That doesn't mean the regulations are always followed, and even if they are, it doesn't mean they are still safe (or as safe as) clean foods. The incidences of parasites, trichinosis (from pork) and shellfish poisoning are not uncommon. I know a breeder (shellfish) here in Aus. According to him, the breeding and raising conditions are very very strict. Again, that doesn't mean they are followed across the board and companies don't sometimes take shortcuts if they see a potential profit.

Well, it seems even to this day I'm still being mentioned over at the other place, and it's been just a few months shy of a year since I've posted there under any name.

Alas, my mentions are usually by grown up little boys with a common meme - "Stravinsk the horrible" in some form or fashion - either by great exaggerations or by direct comparisons to villains in movies. This amuses me. I even noticed a recently deleted thread that came up on a google search. Missed that one - looked good, but I can't read it. I'd have to rejoin and become staff, or bribe another staff member to give me the goods.

I'm amused but I shouldn't be. That person apparently still hates me. I haven't written a word to her in years. At least 3. But what I did do is like one of her public posts. Now I'm blocked. But I am not sad, I'm just sitting here smiling and laughing at the immaturity of it all. Perhaps the lack of evidence for grandiose and greatly exaggerated claims of stalking just cannot be combined with the object of your hate and slander liking one of your posts? LOL. I don't know if that is the case, but if it is, and I suspect that it is...oh gosh, I'm going to be amused about this for days.

I cooked the Stroganoff it's in my dish now - cooling down a bit before being eaten. The pork cooked very nicely and the vegetables are rich and unctuous with the sour cream on with them. ... yummy
