After I juiced my oranges - I cut the peels into strips and dehydrated them in a food dehydrator. Then I used an electric grinder to grind them into powder. I keep them in an air tight container in cupboard.
I'm guessing they could be similarly dehydrated just using the sun though, then stored.

Good so far. Got out briefly this morning, then went to a local fundraising do this evening. It was a good evening, not least because each ticket got entered into a raffle and both my ticket and my wife's ticket were drawn for prizes. The funny thing is that I won something she wanted and she won something I wanted.

It was. I'm not a big fan of the gift shop in question but my wife is, so she gets to choose something for herself. It's also nice to get a prize that's effectively cash, that's more than the price of the ticket.
