Is a person who has fled from Syria to Turkey still seeking asylum or have they found it in Turkey and ought they wait in Turkey until they can return to Syria or until they are settled in some country willing to receive them?

Lot of what ifs, guess that we should take iton a case by case basis but one thing I do know is that Muslim countries should be taking the majority.

They have, Turkey has 2 million, Lebanon has more than a million, and Jordan has around a million

I, like bill, think that the other Muslim countries nearby should welcome them and provide. I'm not sure how many of those are doing that. Are they invading Europe thinking they'll find a better life for themselves? Are they thinking of returning to their country in the next year or so or are they going to remain away and build a new life?

I think many head for Europe because European nations are rich and they believe they will have a wealthier and better life in Europe.

What would the USA have thought if somebody stepped in to stop the civil war of the 1860s?

I think that nearly every nation having a civil war hates the idea of an external power stepping in to force 'order' upon them.

Is Saudi Arabia a place where you would like to live if you were a Muslim?

I'm not sure it's as simple as that. If we look at a so-called "Christian nation", is life as simple as "Is the USA a place you would like to live if you were a Christian?". Chances are some would say yes and some would say no. Even the question is vague - if you're talking about a "Christian" do you mean a Methodist, Baptist, Mennonite, Pentecostal? Likewise by "Muslim" do you mean a Shia or a Sunni Muslim?
