Do any of you believe in Astrology and what sign are you? I am a Libra. I identify with the scales in weighing things out as a Libra. I don't really read my horoscope much though. It's just for fun.

I'm a Sagittarius but the majority of the things I've read concerning their traits do not apply to me.

Can't say I have any interest in astrology at all. It looks way too much like divination for my liking. I spent more than enough of my life caught up in that sort of thing.

I have little interest in it also, just wondered what others thought of it. There are some people who are really into it in this world. Not me.

I totally reject it. I don't know what my "sign" is.

My mother worked for a small town newspaper when she was in high school. They had the horoscope in the paper every day for the folks that swallow this stuff. They gave her a number of them and told her, each day, to pick whatever one fit exactly into the space that needed to be filled. What appeared that day meant nothing more than it happened to have exactly the right number of lines in it. That's more importance than I'd give to it.

Since watching a certain documentary, the stars have drawn my interest for certain reasons - but I don't know what astrology is, if it is something different than what it is sold as in mass media - because my only experience with it is reading the so called predictions that some people write in the papers and I've always considered that nonsense since it is so unspecific and vague that it could apply to just about anyone at some time in their lives.

Astrology is really something forbidden to us. I steer very clear of it. It is not for fun.

Even setting aside the theological implications of it, when weekly and monthly publications devote a whole two square inches per star sign it has to be comical. If you take a country with 60m people in it then statistically speaking you'll be looking at 5m people per star sign. How do you describe the week or month ahead for five million people in a space two inches by one inch? The sad thing is that people take them seriously at all.
