Lost dogs where you live?

Where I live there seems to be a lot of dogs that get lost. I don't know if it's owner negligence or what's happening, but it's almost every day I see on Facebook someone saying that their dog or their relative's dog got out.

Do you have that where you live?

In my immediate area, very seldom. In the nearby town it seems there are posts about dogs roaming free all the time, including several mentions in the same area of dogs killing cats and chickens.

I carry pepper spray when I'm running because I've had dogs run out at me a number of times. Mostly they aren't aggressive but sometimes they are either aggressive or persistent enough to get a shot to the face.

Not very often. I did find a dog in my front yard years ago trying to get to my cat who was under our car. I got the phone number off his tag and called the owner and they came out and got him. He was a huge dog, but friendly towards people, but really didn't like my cat

No, Tank was a huge dog and didn't fit under my car.
