What shoes do you wear? Nike? Reebok? Adidas?

I love Skechers brand. I have the step in kind that I wear every day and they're comfy. For hiking, I got Keen brand last time and they've been great. I put a lot of miles in both shoes.

For a while I wore Skechers but had two pairs fail catastrophically when they were almost new, the brand's customer "service" was utterly useless, and I haven't bought a pair of Skechers since then.

Now I wear New Balance because they offer a good balance of comfort, longevity and price. I use them as casual shoes, and also use them for my walking and running shoes. For hiking in the woods I have a pair of Keen hiking boots. They replaced an old pair of Wolverines that were OK.

Are Skechers durable? I need shoes that last a long time since I am on my feet all day.

I've had mine for a year now, and they still feel comfy! Mine aren't waterproof and I'm not sure if you need that?
