Yes! on one of my songs called 'My Banner of Victory' I have lyrics based on the above passage (and others):

A royal song is here for me,
A royal song you sung for me,
In my darkest hour you lifted me,
You are my banner of victory!

It is also referring to Jehovah Nissi the name of God pronounced by Moses when he built an alter called "The LORD is my Banner"

In this way I think of the main song sung by God to be the life of Christ and the love shared through Him, seeing victory in our lives as the effect of God's song living in us.

I found this on the web. Bible Gateway passage: Zephaniah 3:17 - King James Version

Zephaniah 3:17

King James Version

17 The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.

Well, @jesus lover, God spoke with his own voice the Ten Commandments on Mt. Sinai. Therefore, his singing voice must be ultra-beautiful.

Exo 20:1 And God spoke all these words, saying,
Exo 20:2 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.
Exo 20:3 “You shall have no other gods before me.
