The US government has a lot of facilities in Ukraine and like keeping those particular facilities in Ukraine because what they do there is beyond questions and beyond the US Constitution. Purportedly they have biological warfare labs there and seek to protect what they have. And putin got wind of it. I have nothing to do with Qanan. Qanan was more of a CIA wag the dog, controlling the opposition and the messaging.
