Oh, I thought you guys had a development team. I know at christianforums.com they don't even support legacy Instagram. I believe you guys use the same software, but a newer version, if I'm not mistaken.

Btw, can you give an example of a legacy Instagram url? I'm still not entirely sure what it means. I just know reels are not loaded

There is no development team here. We have the site owner who handles all of that type of thing but I really think our version of Xenforo is just out of date.

That add-on significantly expands your options in terms of media that can be embedded. I'm sure that would solve the Instagram issue.
